John Almasi
Chief Executive Officer
John is a sales expert with over 7 years of experience. His sales career began with several large companies in Canada, including College Pro and Cogeco, through which he gained valuable experience before embarking on his own business venture.
John successfully operated his own window cleaning and power washing business throughout Ontario, Canada, where he recruited, employed, and managed his own crew of dedicated cleaners. It was this business venture that led John to consider applying a similar business model in the U.S., using drones to improve efficiency and safety. As a result, Advanced Drone Solutions was founded.

Jim Brammer
Chief Operating Officer
Jim is an FAA-Certified Remote Pilot, drone industry consultant, instructor, and award-winning fine art and commercial photographer.
His commercial drone experience includes consulting, research, design, testing, troubleshooting, training, product management, film production coordination, industrial inspection, contract negotiations, and project management for aerial/terrestrial data capture and processing, including photogrammetry, lidar scanning, and inspection.
Before becoming a commercial photographer and drone pilot, Jim worked at IBM in roles such as Certified Consulting Practice Leader, Engagement Manager, Program Manager, and Worldwide Solutions Executive. His expertise includes operations, program and project management, business development, consultative sales, sales enablement, training, and B2B partnership strategies.

James Pita, PhD
Chief Technology Officer
James enjoys helping early-stage startups consider the best courses of action to minimize risk and achieve growth. He is keen on connecting them with resources that will help them succeed.
His background is in technology and policy, with an emphasis on AI. He received his PhD in Computer Science, worked for the RAND Corporation for several years, and co-founded his own tech startup. His work has allowed him to explore various sectors.
James is PADI certified, an avid traveler, and has spent significant time on the West Coast, East Coast, and in the Midwest of the U.S., giving him a broad perspective on different lifestyles and communities. He is also a poker enthusiast, where he gained his first lessons in risk management.
